Whipped Chocolate Martini

I'm normally all about quilting here, but I thought, hey, why not share a bit more about myself?

For starters, I absolutely love martinis. So I'll be sharing the occasional martini recipe here.

One of my go-to martinis is a basic chocolate martini. I've made them with a variety of ingredients, depending on what I can scrounge up in my kitchen, so here's my own (and currently favorite) version:

1 part creme de cacaco

1 part whipped cream flavored vodka

1 part light whipping cream

Normally, one would use vanilla vodka and half and half, but using the whipped cream vodka gives a fun little twist, and the light whipping cream gives an oh-so-creamy thick and delicious texture. Mmmm. Enjoy!
